Senior Product Designer / UI-UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Product Design : Lead product design initiatives across onboarding, creator tools, analytics dashboards, payment/monetization systems, growth features, and future products across Web and Mobile platforms.

2. User Research & Data-Driven Design :Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, funnels, and product metrics to identify insights and translate complex user needs into intuitive, elegant experiences.

3. Product Thinking & Problem Solving : Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define problems, challenge assumptions, simplify workflows, and turn business goals into impactful user experiences.

4. Design System Ownership : Build, maintain, and scale the HoLink Design System with reusable components, consistent interaction patterns, and premium visual quality standards.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and global teams to ensure high-quality implementation and pixel-perfect execution from concept to launch.

6. Execution Excellence : Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and detailed design specifications that enable efficient development and smooth handoff.

Job Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products across Web and Mobile platforms

• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, problem-solving ability, and end-to-end design ownership

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Variants, Design Systems, Interactive Prototyping)

• Strong understanding of responsive design and modern design workflows

Core Skills

• Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, information architecture, usability testing, and interaction design

• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background

• Experience in SaaS products, Creator Economy platforms, Fintech, Subscription products, or Payment systems

• Experience using analytics tools and working with data-driven product decisions

Bonus Points

• Experience collaborating with global or cross-regional teams (especially China and Southeast Asia)

• Understanding of Chinese language is a strong advantage
