The Opportunity:
Are you looking to grow your insurance career and become a leader in the industry? Successful Account Executives that join our team have experienced exponential growth in sales and commissions because we have a model that supports them, to spend more time selling and less time doing everything else.
We are committed to your success. We supplement you with warm leads in addition to your self-generated sales opportunities. We set you up with referral partners who will introduce you to customers that need personal lines insurance products, including home, auto, and umbrella insurance. We also have commercial and life insurance experts who are responsible for supporting the growth of your book of business, customer retention, and income through the sale of their products to your qualified customers.

Requirements
Minimum of four years of licensed insurance experience
Active Property and Casualty Insurance LicenseSuccessful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goalsIdentify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new businessServe as a subject matter expert on personal lines insurance, our carriers, and the states within your territoryProficient with technology with prior Salesforce and EZLynx experience a plusPartner with Sales Leaders and Sales Trainers to develop an effective way to sell more policiesAbility to effectively function at a high level in a virtual work environmentFluent in Spanish & EnglishBenefits
