Responsibilities
1. Assist the SEVP of Business Banking and the Managing Director (MD) of Business in achieving the targets set by management, particularly for the SME Division. 2. Market and develop the Bank's lending products. 3. Formulate and develop financing/marketing strategies and manage lending products to maintain the quality of the credit portfolio within the SME Division. 4. Conduct periodic evaluations and update procedures related to lending products. 5. Ensure that all lending activities are carried out in accordance with the Bank's applicable policies and regulations. 6. Maintain the quality of the Bank's loan portfolio and overall financial soundness with respect to disbursed loans. 7. Promote a strong risk management culture across the Business Linkage and Consumer Division, particularly regarding credit, operational, market, legal, reputational, compliance, strategic, and other risks. 8. Perform special assignments or duties assigned by Management that are in the best interests of J Trust Bank. 9. Adhere to the principles of prudent banking (prudential banking).Qualifications
Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Management, or other related fields.
Have 15 years of total working experience in the Commercial segment in Banking industry, with proven leadership experience in handling subordinates.
Minimum Risk Management Certification in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the organizational job level for positions reporting directly below the Board of Directors.
Have deep knowledge in credit analysis and process
Strong integrity and punctual person
