SPV HR Generalist

Twister Communication needs an HR Generalist to ensure employees stay happy, safe, and comfortable while working.

SPV HR Generalist Twister Communications - PT. Eka Anugrah Kreasindo Jakarta, Indonesia | Full-time | Work from Office.

Requirements :

·       Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resources/related.

·       Proven work experience as an HR Generalist with min 5 years experience.

·       Understand and have experience handling HRIS. 

·       Strong knowledge of ManPower regulations and BPJS.

·       Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.

·       Strong in Recruitment and OD.

·       Understand HR operational process.

·       Sharp time management skills.

·       Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data and attention to detail.

·       Having Integrity, highly initiative and a good team player.

·       Problem solver, good track record, and good personality.

·       Excellence English communication skills in both written and spoken.

·       Good Computer skills in Ms. Office, and Google.

 Responsibilities :

·       Handle all HR aspects as a Generalist.  

·       Maintain employee documents.
