JOBDESCRIPTION :
Responsible for receiving, analyzing, and carrying out administrative activity of handling all complaints directly from customer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma of All Major.
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience in the same position will be an advantage
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
English proficiency (written / oral) is a must.
Proficiency to operate Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel & Word
Good communication and strong administration skill
Familiar for handling complaints.
