Job Description
As an HR Development Specialist, you will play a strategic role in driving talent growth and organizational effectiveness within Cinta Quran Foundation. You will be responsible for aligning individual competencies and career progression with the organization's grand vision, ensuring that professional excellence runs parallel with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development: Conduct thorough Training Need Analysis (TNA), design training curriculums, and systematically evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.
Performance Management: Manage and oversee the employee performance evaluation cycles (KPIs / OKRs), ensuring clear monitoring, mid-year reviews, and objective year-end appraisals.
Talent Management & Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees (HiPo), map the internal talent pool, and formulate strategic succession plans for critical roles.
Organizational Development (OD): Periodically review organizational structures, update job descriptions, and perform Workload Analysis (WLA) to optimize institutional efficiency.
Culture & Engagement: Design and execute internal engagement programs to strengthen the internalization of organization values and foster a collaborative, highly motivated work culture.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and present HR development metrics to provide data-driven recommendations to the HR Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in HR Development, Organizational Development (OD), or Talent Management.
Solid understanding of HR frameworks and tools, including TNA, KPI/OKR implementation, competency matrices, and performance appraisal systems.
Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills (experience as a facilitator or internal trainer is highly preferred).
Proficient in managing HR data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Possess a continuous learning mindset, a proactive attitude, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
High integrity, strongly aligned with the organization's social-religious values, and comfortable working in an Islamic professional environment.
