We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our premium Japanese restaurant. If you are service-driven, people-oriented, and committed to excellence, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As our Restaurant Manager, you will:
Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Deliver an outstanding dining experience by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing Front of House team through effective leadership and continuous training.
Monitor restaurant performance, analyze sales, labor, and operational costs to achieve business targets.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
Collaborate closely with the Kitchen Team to ensure seamless coordination between food production and service.
Manage scheduling, manpower planning, attendance, and team productivity.
Monitor inventory, operating supplies, and restaurant assets to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Drive revenue growth through upselling initiatives, promotional programs, and exceptional guest engagement.
Maintain an excellent restaurant atmosphere that reflects the company's brand standards.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, labor management, and sales performance.
Hands-on experience in guest relations and service excellence.
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and restaurant operational standards.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
