Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Experience: Min. 1–2 years in field sales / promoter / in-store activation; retail, telco or FMCG preferred
- Education: Min. SMA/SMK; Diploma/S1 is an advantage
- Presentation: Confident, well-groomed, energetic, and persuasively communicative
- Interpersonal: Strong relationship-building skills with store owners and channel partners
- Mindset: Target-driven, disciplined in reporting, and adaptable to campaign
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
- Conduct store visits and ensure proper area coverage.
- Drive productivity and improve the sales attach rate.
- Execute sales and promotional activities at the store level.
- Prepare regular activity and sales performance reports.
