Technique Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technique Manager to join PT VOKSEL ELECTRIC Tbk. in Bogor, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in overseeing technical operations and ensuring operational excellence across our hospitality and tourism management services. As Technique Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of technical performance, managing technical teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact our service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is essential to our mission of providing world-class facilities and services to our clients and guests.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee technical operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of all systems and equipment

2. Manage and supervise technical teams, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, protocols, and standard operating procedures for all technical functions

4. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards

5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical services with overall Project Power Operations

6. Budget management for technical operations, including procurement of equipment, tools, and materials

7. Respond to and resolve technical emergencies and service disruptions promptly and professionally

8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to technical operations

9. Implement cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses

10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5+ years of management experience in Engineering, Power Project, or related technical fields

2. Proven expertise in technical Power Project Operations, maintenance management, and systems oversight

3. Understand Transmission and Substation (Primary and Secondary)

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound decisions under pressure

5. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to hospitality facilities

6. Diploma or degree in Engineering Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline

7. Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)

8. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple departments
