Job Descripstion

  • Support operational improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

  • Support to Analyze operational data and prepare daily/weekly reports to support business decisions.

  • Monitor attendance, schedules, and activity trackers for operational teams.

  • Assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to operational activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Management, or related majors.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup Functions, IF Formula, etc.).

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Available for a full-time internship (Monday–Friday, 09.00–18.00 WIB)

  • Internship period is 3 months, with the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
