Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Formulate, plan, and execute national sales strategies to achieve the company's annual revenue targets.
Brand Management: Oversee marketing campaigns, new product promotions, and branding activities to maintain Sealy's image as a premium mattress brand.
Network Development: Manage and expand business relationships with dealers, sleep boutiques, and distribution networks across various regions in Indonesia.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the field sales team, exhibition team, and marketing staff for optimal productivity.
Market Analysis: Monitor mattress and furniture market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and provide input to management regarding product pricing policies.
Key Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (preferably from the consumer goods, premium furniture, or home living industries).
Language Skills: Fluent in English, both verbal and written, for regional reporting requirements.
Technical Skills:
Mastery of Omnichannel strategies (integrating physical retail and e-commerce).
Extensive network with distributors, dealers, or high-end retail partners.
Proficient in sales data analysis and budget preparation (marketing budgets & sales forecasting).
