About the role
Our Company is seeking an experienced General Manager Clinic to lead our clinical operations in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic and operational role in overseeing all aspects of our clinic's performance, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving organisational excellence. As General Manager Clinic, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical services, staff, finances, and patient satisfaction. This position is central to achieving our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services to the community whilst maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
Oversee all clinical and operational functions of the clinic, ensuring seamless integration between departments and services
Develop and implement strategic plans and annual budgets to achieve organisational goals and financial targets
Recruit, train, supervise and manage clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance protocols
Monitor and improve patient satisfaction through excellent service delivery and effective communication with patients and their families
Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, revenue optimisation, cost control, and financial reporting
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare authorities, community stakeholders, and referral partners
Implement and maintain health and safety standards, infection control procedures, and emergency preparedness protocols
Lead quality improvement initiatives and performance management to enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiency
Represent the clinic in community engagement activities and professional healthcare forums
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Medical (General Doctor)
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in clinic or primary care management
Proven track record of successfully managing clinical operations, staff, and financial performance
Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and quality standards
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams across clinical and administrative functions
Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and external stakeholders
Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills to address complex operational challenges
Experience with healthcare information systems and electronic medical records is advantageous
Valid professional credentials or certifications in healthcare management are preferred
