We produce a full range of biotics—including probiotics, prebiotics, parabiotics, and postbiotics—and offer comprehensive ODM and OEM services for both domestic and international markets.Term of Contract: 12 months contract (extendable)
Working Hours: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day
Working Location: Jakarta (Shared Office / co-working space)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Administrative Officer to join our team in Jakarta. This full-time role is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Based in central Jakarta, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting cross-functional business activities.
What you'll be doing
Handling tax, accounting, and general administrative tasks
Coordinating with Korean branch offices
Managing government-related affairs
Supporting future BPOM-related processes and documentation
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment
Fluency in English (TOEIC score of 600 or above, or possession of an equivalent English qualification.) and Bahasa Indonesia
Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage
Preferably residing in or able to commute easily to Jakarta
Knowledge of Indonesian FDA (BPOM) regulations is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and other document editing software, with a strong work ethic, excellent punctuality, adaptability in organizational settings, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, and no restrictions on overseas business travel (passport holder with at least one year of validity remaining).
