Key Responsibilities:
Oversee central and regional warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and product handling.
Manage distribution planning and delivery performance to stores and franchise outlets.
Optimize logistics network and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and company SOPs.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Lead and develop warehouse & logistics teams nationwide.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
7–10 years’ experience in warehouse & distribution management (preferably F&B or FMCG).
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in ERP/WMS systems.
Fluent in English.
