Responsibilities

• Handle technical operations related to online classes, including setting up and managing Zoom sessions or similar platforms.

• Effectively communicate with instructors, participants, and internal teams to ensure smooth class operations.

• Ensure the availability of technical and support needed to ensure an optimal learning experience for participants.

• Coordinate with relevant teams, including the curriculum team, to ensure learning content meets the company's needs and standards.

• Assist in the development and testing of new learning modules, and provide feedback to improve quality and relevance.

Qualifications

• This is a paid internship position with a commitment of 4 months, based in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office).

• Proficient in using Zoom for virtual meetings and experienced in utilizing Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) for collaboration and productivity.

• Have Good Communication, Creative Thinking, Time Management, and People Management.
