Luxfeline Global Technology is hiring Mandarin Assistants to support multiple departments — acting as a key communication bridge between local teams and Mandarin-speaking management, HQ stakeholders, and clients. This is a generalist role open across various departments depending on candidate background and team needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate translation and interpretation support (Mandarin ↔ Bahasa Indonesia / English) during meetings, calls, and daily communications.
• Translate documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia or English.
• Act as a communication bridge between local staff and Mandarin-speaking management or HQ, ensuring instructions and context are clearly understood on both sides.
• Support assigned department's day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Accompany management or department heads to meetings, client visits, or site visits requiring Mandarin communication.
• Help facilitate smooth coordination between local team members and Chinese-speaking colleagues or partners, bridging cultural and language gaps.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive communications or documents.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory) — both written and verbal, able to translate and interpret accurately in real time.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field; Chinese Language, Translation, Business, or related fields are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills — comfortable liaising between Mandarin-speaking management and local teams.
• Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Adaptable and willing to support varied tasks depending on department placement.
• Willing to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit, North Jakarta.

Preferred

• Previous experience as a translator, interpreter, or bilingual assistant.
• Experience working in a Chinese-invested company or with Mandarin-speaking management.
