Description
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks within the automotive department.
- Provide support to the automotive team to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to automotive services and repairs.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for service technicians and clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
