Regional Sale Manager



Job description:


A Regional Sales Manager leads and supervises sales teams to achieve revenue goals by developing sales strategies, setting targets, training and mentoring staff, analyzing sales data, and managing daily operations of the sales department. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, building customer relationships, and reporting on performance to senior management.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.

Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales representatives.

Performance Management: Set sales targets and quotas, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to acquire new clients.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data to create reports on performance for senior management.

Key Skills


Leadership: The ability to guide, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Communication & Customer Service: Excellent skills in relationship building and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirement:


A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Proven 3+ years of experience in sales, often with a track record of sales leadership.

Experience as Sales Manager in FMCG is an advantage.

Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Willing to travel.

Can start immediately.
