Job Description :
Manage business in Baby Shop & Milk Store Channel to achieve Nett revenue sales target.
Develop sales fundamental in Baby Channel & Milk Store: distribution, availability, visibility, and promo execution.
Lead and coach field sales team: SPG and Salesman.
Partner with Trade Marketing Team to create effective and efficient promotion calendar & BTL activities, especially at Baby Shop & Milk Store Channel.
Partner with distributor team to follow up operational issues: delivery, return and AR.
