- Thoroughly understand industrial hygiene test methods and Standard Operating Procedures of the department.
- Perform field testing (IH, WEM, etc.) following the set criteria and frequency for the position/designation held.
- Generate WEM reports following the set criteria and frequency for the position/designation held.
- Immediately notify the immediate superior of projects that may potentially miss the due date.
- Maintain instruments, supplies, and work area in a safe condition in order to conduct assigned work safely.
- Abide by the customers’ policies when working in their facilities.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time by the President and CEO, Chief Operating Officer, IH-WEM Managing Industrial Hygienist, IH-WEM Supervising Industrial Hygienist, Section Head., or field testing team leader.
- Ensure that Technical Services Section’s deliverables are properly carried out which include the following:
- Customer relations: focal for all customer interactions, responding to customer queries and/or endorsing to proper authority, sending of report e-copy/ies to customers, presenting results or organizing results
- RFQ and IFQ processing: processing of the technical portion of requests for quotation and endorsing the IFQ to proper authority
- Project Tracking: creating, modifying, and/or updating the project tracking system, tracking of all projects beginning from customers query to receipt of product report
- Trainings and Development: organizing internal trainings, scouting external trainings, and planning and implementation of other development activities
