Currently, one of our subsidiary is looking for potential candidates to join as our team:
HRGA Supervisor
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management/Psychology/Law or related fields
• Min. 5 years of experience in HRGA, preferably with experience in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge with Indonesian labour regulations and industrial relation.
• Strong communication skills and leadership.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess good administrative skills.
• Willing to be placed in Sumatera area with roster schedule
