Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with ETL experience to join our team. As a consultant at We Are META, you'll have access to a network of national and international partners across diverse sectors of the tech industry.
What You Will Do
Design and develop ETL solutions, query, manipulate, and optimize relational databases using SQL, and work with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, ODI, Talend, or Stambia.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong grasp on designing and developing ETL solutions
- In-depth mastery of SQL for querying, manipulating, and optimizing relational databases
- Experience with at least one ETL tool - Informatica PowerCenter, ODI, Talend, Stambia
- Solid knowledge of relational database (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases
- Understanding of data modeling principles (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
- Fluency in English (B2 Level or above)
- Availability for a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Porto or Lisbon offices
