Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to claims and financial services.
• Assist customers with claim status, billing concerns, account inquiries, and policy information.
• Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Document customer interactions and update account records in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• At least a high school graduate (depending on account requirements).
• BPO experience is an advantage but qualified applicants with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work onsite or in a hybrid setup.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
