About Us
Struct Pro Pty Ltd is an Australian structural engineering consultancy based in Brisbane, Queensland. We provide structural engineering design, inspections, reports and construction support for residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Australia.
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior engineer looking to gain practical experience working on real Australian engineering projects under the guidance of experienced senior engineers.
Responsibilities
Assist with structural analysis, calculations and engineering design.
Prepare professional engineering reports, technical assessments and design documentation.
Draft and revise structural drawings.
Review architectural and engineering drawings.
Assist with site inspection reports and defect assessments.
Support senior engineers with project coordination and technical documentation.
Maintain project records and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
0–3 years of structural engineering experience.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
Excellent technical report writing and documentation skills.
Strong analytical and engineering problem-solving ability.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with engineers, builders and clients.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
Experience with Revit, Tekla or similar software is advantageous but not essential.
