Fit Out and Facility Supervisor (AEON MALL Sentul City)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Fit Out, Building Management, Facility Management, or Shopping Mall operations.

3. Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp is an advantage.

4. Good understanding of tenant fit-out processes, construction drawings, and building systems (MEP).

5. Familiar with facility operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.

6. Fluent in English (verbal & written)

7. Willing to commute or relocate to Sentul City, Bogor.

8. Willing to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays

Job Description:

1. Review and monitor tenant fit-out submissions and on-site implementation to ensure compliance with mall standards and regulations.

2. Coordinate tenant handover, defect rectification, and process tenant requests related to fit-out related works.

3. Supervise mall renovation and improvement projects, including coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

4. Monitor facility maintenance activities and vendor performance to ensure service quality and operational standards.

5. Support day-to-day facility operations, including engineering, utilities, and building maintenance coordination.

6. Act as a technical liaison between the facility team and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution.

7. Support in administrative and reporting tasks related to fit-out and facility operations.
