Marketing Manager – TAO PADEL (A Sister Company of Citra Maritime - CSS Group)

TAO PADEL Batam is a fast-growing sports and lifestyle destination dedicated to building an active community through world-class padel facilities, events, and hospitality. As part of the CSS Group, we are looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

• Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives across social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, website, and other digital platforms.

• Plan and oversee content strategy to strengthen TAO PADEL’s online presence and engagement.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive court bookings, memberships, events, and F&B sales.

• Plan, organize, and manage tournaments, community events, corporate events, and promotional activities.

• Develop and implement membership acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs to grow the TAO PADEL community.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporations, schools, sports communities, influencers, and other business partners.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and provide recommendations to improve ROI and business performance.

• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation.

• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.

• Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, event management, and customer engagement.

• Experience in sports, hospitality, lifestyle, fitness, F&B, or entertainment industries is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of social media, performance marketing, CRM, and membership programs.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Creative, analytical, proactive, and results-oriented.
