OHC Operator

Requirements:

1. Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.

2. Possess a valid Crane Operator Certificate and SIO (Operating License) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.

3. Basic technical knowledge of cranes and lifting equipment.

4. Understanding of occupational health and safety (K3) procedures.

5. Familiarity with SOPs and their implementation.

6. Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance.

7. Ability to identify and minimize workplace accident risks that may impact personnel and company operations.

8. Ability to recognize potential hazards in elevated work areas.

9. Comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, and their implementation.

10. Physically and mentally fit.

11. Involved in material lifting and handling activities.

Job Desc:

1. Comply with all workplace safety regulations and consistently apply safety procedures while working in the mill area.

2. Conduct hazard assessments and ensure safe working conditions before performing any activities.

3. Perform safety inspections and operational checks before and after OHC operations.

4. Operate, monitor, and ensure OHC equipment functions safely and efficiently.

5. Identify and report abnormal operating conditions or unsafe situations to the Shift Leader.

6. Maintain OHC operations and prepare daily activity reports at the end of each shift.

7. Follow established SOPs, work instructions, and management directives related to OHC operations.

8. Hold a valid crane operator license (minimum SIO K3).

9. Follow instructions provided by the Shift Leader.

10. Submit daily operational reports to the Shift Leader.
