About the role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence ( Isotonic Drink ). As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets whilst fostering a high-performing sales team. This role offers significant opportunities for professional development and the chance to make a tangible impact on the company's success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  2. Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to ensure high performance, professional development, and consistent achievement of objectives

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

  4. Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's customer base

  5. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and new accounts

  6. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities and results

  7. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

  8. Represent PT Oasis Waters International at industry events, trade shows, and business networking opportunities

  9. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales planning and positioning

  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations in all sales activities


What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the beverage industry or related B2B sectors

  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a management capacity

  3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders

  5. Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans

  6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales analytics tools

  7. Sound knowledge of the water industry, market dynamics, and customer needs is highly desirable

  8. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling approach

  9. Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player

  10. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred

  12. Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential; additional languages are advantageous
