Job Description

• Foreman Engineering Excellent: Analyze spare parts consumption and optimize inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing inventory costs; Initiate cost-saving initiatives through spare parts standardization, lifetime extension, alternative sourcing, and inventory optimization; Lead and implement cost reduction and operational excellence projects through process optimization and resource utilization improvements

• Foreman Predictive Maintenance & Improvement: Monitor machine conditions and execute predictive maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime; Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions; Develop and implement improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Foreman Automation Engineering: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, sensors, and control systems to ensure reliable machine performance; Analyze and resolve automation-related issues to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency; Develop and implement automation and control system improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and operational reliability.

• Analyze engineering and maintenance performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive problem-solving activities.

• Prepare maintenance, inventory, cost-saving, and improvement reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year experience in the FMCG Industry.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering diagrams, and equipment specifications.

• Knowledge of fabrication processes and spare parts specifications, categories, and materials.

• Having strong leadership and team coordination skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze engineering and maintenance data.

• Experience in PLC, cost control, spare parts optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Production Machine, Filling Machine, Packaging Machine, TPM, Kaizen, or other improvement methodologies is an advantage.

• Willing to work in a shift system. Placement: Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
