Jobdesk:

• Mengelola dan menganalisis ads di Shopee & TikTok Shop Ads

• Memahami dan mengoptimalkan indikator performa iklan seperti ROAS, CTR, CPR, dan konversi

• Menyusun dan mengatur jadwal campaign, flash sale, promo angka kembar, dan payday sale

• Membuat strategi voucher menarik (up-selling, cross-selling, follow shop, pembelian minimum, dsb)

• Mengupdate performa penjualan dan merangkum laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan

• Melakukan riset kompetitor dan tren pasar e-commerce
