Infra & DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infra & DevOps Engineer to join PT Bio Inti Agrindo in a full-time capacity. Based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya, to lead and optimize our enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, automation initiatives, and identity management systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing hybrid and multi-cloud environments, implementing automation solutions, strengthening IT security governance, and supporting modern application deployment through DevOps and containerization technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Manage and optimize AWS and Azure environments

• Maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, server systems, and cloud resources

• Monitor performance, security, availability, and cost efficiency

Automation & Digital Transformation

• Design and develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

• Implement OCR and AI-based document processing solutions

• Integrate on-premise and cloud-based business applications

Identity & Security Management

• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and SingleSign-On (SSO)

• Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Group Policies, and security governance

• Support Microsoft 365 administration and compliance initiatives

DevOps & Containerization

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

• Support CI/CD implementation and infrastructure automation

• Ensure reliability and scalability of enterprise applications

Database & System Administration

• Manage SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL environments

• Perform database optimization, backup, replication, and performance tuning

Requirements

Must Have

✔ 8–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Cloud, or DevOps

✔ Strong hands-on experience with:

• AWS and/or Microsoft Azure

• Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID

• Microsoft 365 Administration

• Power Automate

• SQL Database Administration

✔ Strong understanding of:

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Infrastructure Security

• Hybrid Cloud Architecture

• IT Operations & Troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

⭐ Experience with VMware vSphere or Hyper-V

⭐ Knowledge of VPN, Firewall, and Enterprise Networking

⭐ Professional certifications such as:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator
