About the Role:

We’re seeking a DevOps Manager to build and maintain the infrastructure for our software delivery. You’ll design robust CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS and DigitalOcean

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring workflows

- Implement security best practices and optimize system performance and cloud costs

- Monitor system health, resolve incidents, and conduct thorough root cause analyses

- Create and maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations

Required Qualifications:

- Min. 1 year experience in lead/managerial role

- Proven experience with Ansible for configuration management

- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Linux servers (VMs and bare metal)

- Strong proficiency with process managers such as PM2 and systemd

- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

- Solid understanding of Docker and containerization principles

- Advance knowledge on managing application on kubernetes clusters (especially EKS on AWS)

- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)

- Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies

- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform

Nice to have:

- Multi-cloud environment experience (AWS, DigitalOcean, or others)

- Experience with bare metal or on-premise infrastructure

- Security hardening and access control implementation experience

- Resource optimization and cost management

- AWS or Kubernetes related certifications
