As a 12 month contractor you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation and ongoing enhancement of our CRM platform, ensuring it effectively supports business-critical processes and delivers a reliable experience for stakeholders. You will oversee the platform backlog, prioritizing work based on business impact and urgency while maintaining continuity for activities that support client onboarding, transaction execution, and client servicing. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize platform performance, and increase automation, helping the business operate more efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the CRM Product Owner, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to drive outcomes that support business growth and operational excellence during your 12 month contract.
