DevOps Engineer / React Native iOS Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong mobile release management expertise and hands-on React Native iOS development experience. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end mobile application release lifecycle, overseeing Apple Developer Program administration, handling App Store submissions, and contributing to iOS front-end development within our React Native applications.
The ideal candidate combines operational excellence in CI/CD, app distribution, and compliance with practical software development skills to support and enhance our mobile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobile Release & DevOps Operations
* Manage the complete iOS application release process from development through production deployment.
* Coordinate and execute App Store submissions, updates, phased releases, and emergency hotfix deployments.
* Maintain and administer Apple Developer Program accounts, certificates, provisioning profiles, App IDs, and related assets.
* Ensure compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines and resolve submission issues or rejections.
* Configure, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for mobile application builds and releases.
* Automate build, testing, code signing, and deployment workflows.
* Manage release schedules and coordinate deployments with engineering, QA, and product teams.
* Monitor release health, deployment metrics, and post-release incidents.
* Maintain documentation for release procedures, developer accounts, certificates, and deployment processes.
- React Native iOS Development
* Develop and maintain iOS front-end features using React Native.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
* Implement UI components, screens, navigation flows, and user-facing features.
* Optimize application performance, stability, and responsiveness on iOS devices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve iOS-specific issues related to React Native applications.
* Integrate native iOS functionality when required.
* Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Infrastructure & Security
* Manage secrets, certificates, credentials, and secure release processes.
* Implement best practices for mobile DevOps, automation, and release governance.
* Support environment configuration and build infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, Mobile Operations, or related roles.
* Strong experience managing App Store Connect and Apple Developer Program accounts.
* Proven experience handling iOS application releases and App Store submissions.
* Strong understanding of Apple certificates, provisioning profiles, code signing, and TestFlight.
* Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
* Proficiency in React Native development.
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Experience with Git-based workflows and source control management.
* Familiarity with iOS development concepts and release management best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of native iOS development using Swift or Objective-C.
* Understanding of mobile security, compliance, and release governance.
* Experience managing Android release processes through Google Play Console.
