Join Our Team as a Corporate Paralegal at Axiom

Location: Remote

We are currently seekingcorporate governance paralegals to join our bench of fully vetted candidates working temporary secondments for our top F100 clients on a remote basis. This is an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Assist client's legal team in drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, bylaws, policies, and charters
• Conduct research and analyze legal and regulatory

requirements related to corporate governance and compliance

• Maintain and update corporate records, including board and committee minutes, shareholder records, and other governance-related documents
• Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents including annual reports, proxy statements, and SEC filings

Qualifications

• 9+ years of corporate governance experience gained working as a paralegal in a large corporate in-house environment
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices and familiarity with corporate filings, SEC regulations, and compliance

requirements

• Proficient in legal research tools, databases, and related software
• Open to working in an engagement-based role, seconded to clients on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months at a time

Compensation

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
