Menology by ZAP is Indonesia's leading men's grooming destination, providing premium barbering and grooming services with exceptional customer experience. We are looking for an experienced Head Barber to maintain service excellence, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high-quality grooming services
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service experiences
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Manage inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales and operational targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barber
- Strong expertise in modern men's haircuts, beard grooming, and styling techniques.
- Customer-oriented with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about men's grooming and keeping up with the latest industry trends.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on operational schedules.
