ADMIN STAFF (FOREIGN WORK PERMIT & IMMIGRATION)

PT Sinobisnis Mitra Lestari is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin Staff to support work permit and immigration administration processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative processes related to work permits and immigration documents, including RPTKA, Notification, Visa, ITAS/KITAS, MERP, STM, SKTT, and related reporting

  • ⁠Prepare, review, and organize supporting company and documents

  • Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and related institutions regarding permit applications and submissions

  • Monitor permit validity and assist with renewal and extension processes

  • ⁠Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records (physical and digital)

  • ⁠Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and administrative documents

  • ⁠Support daily office administration and operational activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Administration

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa, immigration, expatriate work permit, or administrative field

  • ⁠Familiar with Indonesian immigration and manpower licensing procedures is preferred

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Able to work accurately, independently, and under deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and email correspondence

  • ⁠Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and fast learner

  • Able to communicate in English (written and spoken); Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage

  • ⁠Willing to handle government-related administrative processes if required
