Join PT Aneka Search Indonesia and support organizations in making better talent decisions through assessment, evaluation, and talent development initiatives.


What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and manage Assessment Centre activities.

• Support Associate (Assessor, Scorer, etc.) management and development.

• Conduct interviews, observations, and assessment administration.

• Process assessment results and prepare reports.

• Support tender activities and project documentation.

• Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.


What We're Looking For:

• Master's Degree (S2) in Psychology.

• Min 2 years of experience in Assessment Centre or related assessment activities.

• Knowledge of Assessment Centre methodologies and tools.

• Assessment Centre Assessor certification is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.
