Estimator Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Calculate the required quantity, volume, material specifications and prices, scope of work, man hours according to the documents / drawings / specs provided.
2. Make BOQ / RAB, RAP calculations.
3. Calculate and double-check the volume per work item between the drawing and BOQ.
4. Create a complete RAP with Unit Price Analysis as a benchmark for making price offers and implementation in the field.
5. Monitor and update prices.
6. Create a project implementation time (time schedule).
7. Making project tender.
8. Price negotiating with supplier.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years experience in Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
2. Preferably have worked for an exhibition contractor.
3. Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
4. Have experience in Exhibition constructions.
5. Master working drawings and volume calculations.
6. Create a sub-wage account for project work.
7. Understand the types of materials.
8. Mastering software: CAD, SKP, Microsoft office.
9. Master the knowledge regarding project cost calculations.
10. Excellent organisational skill.
11. Preferred candidate who posses administration and filing data skill.
