Job Description: Fully responsible for the operational implementation and team management of all e-commerce channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) in the Indonesian market. The core responsibilities of this position include efficiently executing business strategies, leading local teams to achieve GMV targets, deeply optimizing platforms and KOL/creator resources, and being directly responsible for daily ROI and sales results across each channel.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Target Definition & Efficient Execution:
Accurately receive and translate the company's overall sales and GMV targets into each channel and monthly, and develop specific execution plans.
Coordinate and directly monitor the entire Mega Campaign process across all channels (Double Date, Payday, etc.), controlling campaign rhythm, discount sizes, and stock strategy for hero products.
2. In-depth Omnichannel Operations:
Lead and direct the operations team to optimize store performance on platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc., monitoring core metrics (traffic, conversion rates, etc.) in real-time, and making immediate adjustments if issues are identified.
Be sensitive to local competitor movements and viral product trends in the market, and respond quickly to adjust product strengths (USPs) and internal promotional scripts.
3. Livestreaming & KOL/Creator Resource Optimization:
Manage and coordinate the development and maintenance of relationships with KOLs/creators on TikTok/Shopee, as well as building and optimizing the Affiliate Program.
Responsible for business negotiations with core MCN agencies and top-tier KOLs in Indonesia to secure competitive partnerships.
Monitor daily data from internal Livestreaming sessions (brand livestreams) and KOL Livestreams, and continuously optimize concurrent user numbers, retention rates, and sales conversions.
4. Platform Relationship Management:
Responsible for maintaining close communication with Account Managers (AMs)/category teams on each e-commerce platform to secure prime promotional slots (banners/campaign slots), traffic subsidies, and campaign resource support for the company.
5. Data & Budget Control:
Conduct periodic comprehensive evaluations (data reviews), strictly control marketing budget expenditures such as paid ads and vouchers, and be accountable for final ROAS and ROI.
6. Cross-Department Coordination & Local Team Management:
Responsible for the daily management and performance assessment (KPI) of the local team, including e-commerce operations, livestreaming, and KOL management, as well as mentoring employees to improve work efficiency.
Work closely with the Supply Chain and Finance teams to accurately project inventory requirements based on sales growth to avoid overstocking or out-of-stock.
