Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Supervise and lead both 3rd-party logistics (3PL) and internal linehaul operations
  • Coordinate with First Mile, Sortation Center and Last Mile hubs to align on lead times and trip demand
  • Work closely with the fleet team to ensure unit readiness
  • Plan and optimize routes while maximizing fleet utilization
  • Monitor vehicle occupancy to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen operational capabilities
  • Manage resource planning to support Sortation Center’s new implementations


Persyaratan:

  • High school degree and above from all majors
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain industry (prior experience as a Transport Supervisor would be an advantage)
  • Experienced in handling Land/Air/Sea operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach
  • Willing to be placed in Kab. Banjar, Kalimantan Selatan
