PWD Lab is looking for a Project Manager to help manage client projects across branding, marketing, public relations, media, community, and campaign execution.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience working in an agency environment, understands how to manage clients and internal teams, and has good taste in copywriting, visual direction, and content.
Responsibilities
As Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing client projects from briefing, internal coordination, timeline, execution, revision, to final delivery
- Attending client meetings and turning discussions into clear briefs, action plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinating with internal PICs across branding, marketing, media, PR, community, and operations
- Ensuring every project stays on track, on brief, and within agreed scope
- Reviewing creative outputs from a strategic, copywriting, and visual perspective before they are sent to clients
- Helping translate client needs into clear creative direction for the team
- Managing client communication professionally and proactively
- Preparing project updates, meeting notes, timelines, and internal task lists
- Identifying risks, blockers, budget needs, and execution gaps early
- Making sure the team delivers work that is not only finished, but also thoughtful, sharp, and client-ready
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in an agency, creative studio, marketing team, PR agency, or brand communication team
- Understands how agency workflows work, including briefs, timelines, revisions, approvals, and client communication
- Has strong project management and coordination skills
- Has good taste in branding, copywriting, visual content, and social media
- Can write and review basic copy in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Can communicate clearly with clients, internal teams, and external vendors
- Is confident enough to lead follow-ups, chase deadlines, and keep people accountable
- Can think strategically, not just administratively
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing company environment
Plus Points
Experience handling branding, social media, campaign, PR, media, or event/community projects
Ability to create presentation decks or client proposals
Basic understanding of content strategy, campaign planning, KOL/influencer, or media relations
Strong sense of visual references, moodboards, storytelling, and brand positioning
Existing network with freelancers, vendors, media, or creative talents
