Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can drive consistent execution across our online and offline marketing activities. This role manages day-to-day marketing operations, ensures smooth content distribution, and maintains brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily posting schedule for Instagram or Tiktok (feeds, stories, reels)
- Coordinate content production with internal teams and freelancers
- Handle DM replies, comments, and community engagement
- Support offline events and promotional activations
- Maintain accuracy of menus, promos, and assets on online delivery platforms
- Small editing poster or content creation
- Execute monthly marketing calendars and campaign plans
- Track basic performance metrics and report weekly
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Liaise with third-party vendors, partners, and collaborators
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in social media or marketing operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Able to grab opportunity accurately and quick
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and basic content tools
- Detail-oriented with solid communication skills
- Able to work independently with high accountability
Preferred Skills
- Basic photo/video editing
- Experience in F&B or lifestyle industry
- Understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior
