Jetty Foreman

𝗣𝗧 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 are seeking fresh graduate 𝗝𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻 to oversee and optimize marine terminal and jetty operations at our site. In this role, you will lead a frontline team responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely loading, unloading, and berthing of vessels and barges. You will play a critical role in minimizing turnaround times while upholding the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
 • Oversee daily jetty and port activities, including conveyor operations, barge loading/unloading, berthing/unberthing, and mooring activities.
 • Lead, brief, and schedule a team of operators and technicians; ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
 • Enforce HSE and port security regulations (including ISPS code where applicable). Conduct risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and incident reporting.
 • Coordinate closely with logistics, stockpile supervisors, shipping agents, and marine surveyors to maintain a seamless supply chain flow.
 • Monitor the performance of jetty infrastructure (loading arms, conveyors, quick-release hooks) and coordinate with the maintenance crew for preventive upkeep.
 • Maintain accurate daily logs of tonnage moved, vessel turnaround times, and operational delays.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
 • Fresh Graduate From Nautic and Port & Shipping Management.
 • Valid certifications in Port Operations, Sea Transport, or Marine Safety are highly desirable. Basic Sea Survival and First Aid certifications are a plus.
 • Deep understanding of barge loading systems, conveyor systems, draft surveys, and marine safety protocols.
 • Willingness to work on a shift-roster basis at a remote site location.
