Job Overview
The E-Commerce Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the company while acting as a strategic partner to the E-Commerce Manager. This role focuses on team management alignment, supply chain and inventory efficiency, and seamless integration between operational processes and E-Commerce channels to ensure all business activities are executed in accordance with company standards, operational procedures, and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the E-Commerce Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across all departments.
Manage employee administration comprehensively, including workforce planning, scheduling, attendance monitoring, and field team performance management.
Develop and facilitate coaching programs, continuous training initiatives, and service excellence education to foster a customer-centric culture and enhance team capabilities.
Conduct regular inventory audits and oversee procurement activities for inventory, equipment, and operational supplies to maintain optimal stock availability and operational readiness.
Monitor and ensure compliance with E-Commerce operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), promoting seamless integration between physical operations and digital sales channels.
Act as a strategic partner to the E-Commerce Manager in identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational issues while coordinating cross-functional activities and initiatives.
Prepare comprehensive, data-driven operational performance reports to support management evaluation, business analysis, and decision-making processes.
Oversee the maintenance, organization, and optimization of company facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive working environment.
Handle routine operational challenges, manage customer complaint resolution effectively, and ensure timely escalation of high-priority issues when necessary.
