JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation & New Business Development

  • Acquire and close new business through industry relationships, tradeshows, proactive outreach, and company-generated referrals.
  • Deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations that clearly articulate HBX Group’s value proposition to audiences of all sizes.
  • Customize marketing proposals aligned with client objectives to maximize revenue and partnership value.

Account Growth & Client Management

  • Maintain and expand existing partnerships through consistent communication, strategic account planning, and proactive client support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new revenue opportunities and long-term growth potential.
  • Ensure HBX Group is consistently represented as the global leader in B2B digital destination marketing.

Pipeline & Sales Operations

  • Build, manage, and optimize a robust sales pipeline to ensure full visibility of opportunities and consistent revenue delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape sales strategies, negotiate workflows, and drive departmental growth across the region.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reporting on KPIs, revenue progress, and client performance.

Industry Representation

  • Represent HBX Group’s culture, vision, and values at major global travel trade events.
  • Act as an ambassador for the organization while expanding relationships with Destination Marketing Organizations and key stakeholders across APAC.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the APAC travel industry landscape, trends, and key players.
  • Existing relationships and networks within Destination Marketing Organizations.
  • Full professional proficiency in English for international business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong cultural awareness and the ability to navigate diverse international markets.
  • Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify challenges and create effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to leverage a professional network to generate leads, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations.
