We are seeking a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Butler to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly, accurately, and with great attention to detail. You will work closely with the housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and overall service quality.

A butler is responsible for both guest service and supporting the overall daily operations to ensure smooth management and high service standards.
Main responsibilities:
Welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out processes
Provide personalized service and respond to guest requests promptly
Coordinate daily villa operations with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams
Monitor villa readiness, cleanliness, and guest comfort standards
Manage guest reservations, schedules, and special arrangements
Handle complaints or issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure inventory of guest supplies and report shortages to management
Maintain confidentiality and deliver high-quality hospitality service
