We are looking for Butler position to join with our company and work in Uluwatu area.
Job Responsibilities
Provide personalized and exceptional guest service throughout the guest stay.
Welcome guests upon arrival and conduct villa orientation.
Coordinate check-in and check-out processes smoothly.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, kitchen, and security to ensure seamless service delivery.
Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, tours, and special events.
Serve food and beverages when required (in-villa dining service).
Ensure villa cleanliness, readiness, and maintenance standards are met at all times.
Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality, and security.
Prepare daily guest reports and communicate important information to management.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Additional languages are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiar with hospitality systems or basic computer skills.
