About the role

Sin Nombre Bali is seeking a dedicated Butler Daily Worker to join our front office and guest services team. This is a full-time position based in Badung, Bali, offering an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service in the hospitality and tourism industry. As a Butler Daily Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalised guest services and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality throughout the property. This role is integral to creating memorable experiences for our guests and upholding Sin Nombre Bali's reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised butler services to guests, including room service, guest requests and special arrangements

• Maintain immaculate standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout assigned areas

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction and comfort

• Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling and check-in support

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest experience

• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requirements

• Perform general housekeeping duties and property maintenance tasks as assigned

• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols established by the property

• Support front office operations and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality, front office services or guest services roles

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

• Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking and lifting

• Professional appearance and demeanour at all times

• Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

• Knowledge of local culture and tourist attractions in Bali is preferred
