Production Operator (Distillation)

About the role

PT. VVF Indonesia is seeking a skilled and reliable Production Operator (Distillation) to join PT. VVF Indonesia in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. This is a contract position that plays a crucial role in our production operations, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to our commitment to excellence in manufacturing and logistics. This role is essential to our day-to-day operations and directly impacts our ability to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Special Requirements :

1. Having experience minimum 3 year as a Fatty Acid, Operator Distillation in production Oleochemical plant.Good skills, unable to to maintain harmonize relationship in team.

2. Having good responsible and personality.

3. Full responsibility to control process of production area starting process of production area : Splitting, Distillation, Pre & Post Concentration and Sweet Water Plan.

4. Coordination with Utility section for availability of steam, water power electricity, cooling watered etc. product to product tank.

5. Coordination with Tank Farm for availability of raw material and transfer product to storage tank.

6. Having knowledge of DCS System.

General Requirements:

1. Minimum diploma 3 of Technic (Chemical, Machine and Industrial)

2. Good english (verbal and writing).

3. Good relation abilities and adaptable disposition.

4. Hardworking and able to work under pressure
